Sean has over 20 years’ experience in public practice across a wide range of industries including mining, exploration, research and development.

Sean’s primary areas of expertise include taxation consulting and compliance, corporate restructuring, financial reporting and company secretarial requirements. He has been the company secretary of a number of publicly listed companies.

Sean is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Chartered Tax Adviser and Member of The Tax Institute, as well as a registered Tax Agent and a registered Self-Managed Superannuation Fund Auditor.
