Supporting veterans' families
Our mission is to provide support to veterans, their spouses, and families. We are dedicated to providing assistance through the following ways:
- Assisting with Veterans' Affairs compensation claims.
- Providing emergency financial support.
- Connecting individuals to peer support and specialist services.
RSL WA, along with our dedicated supporters, hosts events and programs for veterans and their families Including social gatherings and collaborations with Working Spirit to facilitate a seamless transition to civilian life.
We proudly conduct commemorative services on ANZAC Day and Remembrance Day, raising funds for our veterans' welfare. We also offer educational resources and event support for those organising commemorative services or fundraisers.
RSL WA Support
At RSL WA, we stand with our nation's veterans and their families. Our Welfare Team offers financial aid for essentials like food, rent, utilities, and more. We also assist with funeral costs, education, clothing, car repairs, and transportation. Offering personalised face-to-face support and direct payments to service providers, making a genuine difference in the lives of those who've served.
ANZAC HOUSE
Introducing Australia's first-of-its-kind facility, ANZAC House. A specialised one-stop facility designed to put veterans and their families first, ensuring all of their needs are met under one roof. Our comprehensive services include:
- Medical, mental health, and dental practitioners
- Counselling support
- Aged-care assistance tailored to your needs
- Wellbeing programs
Advocacy assistance
We provide expert Advocacy Assistance, guiding veterans through the Department of Veterans' Affairs claims and appeals process. Our team's expertise ensures support at every step.
RSL ACtive
We make it easy for veterans to connect with others in the community. RSL Active offers a wide range of events and activities, specifically created for our veterans and their families.
