RSLWA and Working Spirit are committed to supporting veterans and their family members on their career journey. Supporting Military Spouses
RSLWA offers personalised, free employment support to ADF and veteran partners, as well as their working-age children. We understand the unique challenges military spouses face when entering or reentering the workforce, and our expert Employment Consultants are here to assist every step of the way.

- Identifying skills from paid and unpaid work
- Training pathway programs

Transition Employment Portal (TEP)
The TEP, a unique and collaborative initiative by Working Spirit and RSLWA, is a platform that supports ADF veterans transitioning to civilian life. Access a range of employment opportunities across Australia. TEP connects veterans and their families, including allied veterans from the Five Eyes community, with potential employers who value their military skills and experiences. This platform is a testament to our commitment in aiding successful career transitions when starting a new civilian life chapter.
