When is my membership due for 2025?

Membership renewals begin on the 1^st of December 2024 and conclude on 31 March 2025.

What is the 2025 Service Membership fee?

$40 per annum.

How long is my membership valid?

An annual membership is valid from 1 Jan 2025 to 31 December 2025.

Can I pay to renew my membership over the phone?

Yes, you can pay over the phone via credit card, however the easiest method is online through the renewal form here. Should you have any issues renewing online you can contact Member Services at membership@rslwa.org.au

How to renew my membership?

1. Complete the online service renewal form and pay online.  

2. Fill out the PDF renewal form and submit this to membership@rslwa.org.au along with payment.  

Where is my membership renewal notice?

Membership renewal notices are sent via email to the account listed on your membership.  

A physical letter is sent to the members that don’t have access to emails. If you did not receive your renewal notice, or you cannot locate it, please firstly check your junk folder. Otherwise, contact Members Services at membership@rslwa.org.au.

Why do I have to complete the renewal form?

The renewal form is important for updating and validating your membership details.

Where do I find my tax invoice/receipt?

After you have successfully renewed your membership, you will receive a receipt via email to your nominated email address after you have paid your membership fee online.

How long does it take to process my membership renewal?

Due to the large volume of renewals, these will be processed from December 2024 through to March 2025. A new membership card may take up to 4 weeks or longer during the Christmas period.

I have lost my RSL WA badge or membership card, how can I get a new one? 

Please send a written request to membership@rslwa.org.au and the Membership Officer will be in touch regarding issuing a new badge/card.

I haven’t received my card, when will this arrive? 

It may take up to 4 weeks to receive a new membership card. Please let the Membership Officer know if you haven’t received the card after this time.

How can I transfer Sub-Branch?

If you would like to transfer your membership to a different RSL Sub-Branch, please fill the Request for Transfer of Membership Form and send it back to membership@rslwa.org.au. Please note, the processing time can take 10 working days to be completed.
