Leadership Team

Kim Macdonald commenced with RSLWA as Veteran Services Manager overseeing Advocacy, Welfare, Wellbeing and Membership Services. Kim was an Advanced Care Paramedic with Queensland Ambulance Service for eleven years prior to working in the social sector in the areas of Alcohol and other Drugs, Mental Health, Homelessness and Housing. Kim brings extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in non-government and government environments, having previously worked with the Department of Defence and the Northern Territory Government.

Kim holds a Graduate Diploma Business Management, a Diploma of Behavioural Science, and a Diploma Health Science Prehospital Care – Ambulance.

Kim and her family now call Perth, Western Australia home. Kim looks forward to working with RSLWA to improve and expand our Veteran Services offerings.
