Leadership Team

Dominique Harris graduated from Curtin University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Design), completing her final year via correspondence after her husband was posted to Townsville, Queensland. Life with a partner in the Defence Force allowed her to explore different career opportunities, gaining a wealth of experience in varying administrative roles within the retail banking and financial planning spaces.

After taking a career break to raise her children, Dominique returned to the workforce in February 2024 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and State President of RSLWA. Dominique's role at RSLWA is an inward facing position to the Executives and Board of RSLWA. She recently completed a Company Secretary Certificate through the Governance Institute, which has introduced a new level of corporate governance to the organisation. Dominique happily resides in Perth and in her spare time enjoys maintaining her graphic design skills and making memories with her husband, two children and black labrador.
