The Returned & Services League of Australia WA Branch Incorporated (RSLWA) is an incorporated body in Western Australia under the Associations Incorporation Act 2015.
RSLWA is a State Branch of The Returned & Services League of Australian Incorporated. RSL Australia is a national, non-political, non-sectarian organisation of returned and ex-servicemen and women formed to promote the interest of the ex-servicemen and women and their dependents.
Branches are also established in other States and the Australian Capital Territory. The governing body of the League is the RSL National Congress. The governing body of the League in Western Australia between Annual State Congresses is the RSLWA Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors consists of the State President, State Vice-President and three Trustees, with the option of co-opting up to two non-elected members with specialist skills.
State Congress is held once a year to which each Sub-Branch, that has complied with the requirements of the Constitution, may send delegates.
