Senior Management Accountant - Fixed Term Contract

The City of Joondalup is seeking a qualified individual with highly developed technical accounting skills to provide high-level consultancy advice on financial matters to internal customers, including budgeting, reporting, analysis, costing, FBT, etc. The successful candidate will maintain the integrity of the City’s financial records and meet financial and other reporting obligations in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards, applicable legislation and management requirements. 

The position coordinates the preparation of the City’s budget, manages the investment portfolio and assists in the development of the City’s financial risk management and funding strategies. This role also manages a small team but interacts extensively with, and provides direction to, various parts of the organistion. The Senior Management Accountant also undertakes financial modelling, financial evaluation, maintains the budgeting and costing management systems and also administers the City’s Fringe Benefits Tax obligations.

Detainee Service Officer - Christmas Island

Serco Asia Pacific is recruiting to hire multiple people for the role of Detainee Service Officer at Christmas Island. This role is a permanent relocation, with two flights included per year to your chosen state. You'll work 7 days in a fortnight, and have 7 days off straight in a month. Trades Assistant

Sofraco Engineering is a premium engineering service supplier to Defence, Marine and Commercial industries. The role will be based from Sofraco's North Coogee facility with the occasional requirement to travel to remote or offshore destinations for testing and service work for short durations, which will be compensated on top of your hourly rate ($35/hour + Super).
