Port Kennedy Careers Summit

The Port Kennedy Career Summit was a free event aimed at connecting Veterans and their families with local employers looking to hire.

The event was proudly hosted by the RSL Veterans' Employment Program and was held at the RSL Port Kennedy Sub-Branch on December 1, 2022. It provided Veterans and their families with a forum to engage with 16 major local employers, to seek advice from career experts at the RSL Veterans' Employment Program, and to connect with many Veteran services in attendence.

The RSL Port Kennedy Career Summit was attended by more than 75 prospective employees, as well as special guest, the Hon Paul Papalia CSC MLA, Minister for Police; Road Safety; Defence Industry; and Veterans Issues.

The event was a tremendous success and is a format we're hoping to repeat. Stay tuned for the next one!
